Baked Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 envelope Lipton beef mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 or 3 pork tenderloins
    flour
    butter or oil
Preparation
    Season tenderloins and roll in flour.
    Brown on all sides in butter or oil.
    Remove to baking dish.
    Lightly brown celery and onion in drippings.
    Mix soup mix and water.
    Pour in frying pan over onion and celery, then pour over tenderloin.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
