Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 tsp. butter
    2 apples, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Mash potatoes, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons butter.
    Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and mix with nutmeg and brown sugar.
    Spread in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
    Lay the slices of apple on top.
    Spread mashed sweet potato mixture on top of apples.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
