Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 c. water
    8 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Place layers of potatoes in baking dish, then layer of crumbled meat and onion, until dish if full.
    Pour mixture of soup, water and seasoning over potatoes and meat. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
