Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb, cut up
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix everything, except butter and cinnamon.
    Place in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch baking pan.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with strips of pie crust.
    Start on lower rack of oven at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes; finish on second rack at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
