Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    5 scant c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk + 2 Tbsp. water
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran (prefer Post)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Makes a large quantity.
    Reserve unbaked mixture in fridge in covered container for up to 6 weeks.
    Use as needed.
