Chess Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 box cream cheese (8 oz.)
3 eggs
1 box xxxx confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix and press in 9 x 3 pan; cake mix, beaten egg and butter. Mix cream cheese, 3 eggs and sugar well. Pour over batter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn down to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
