Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Karo syrup (dark)
    1 tsp. stick butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 gal. popped corn (I use hot air popper)
Preparation
    Put sugar, salt, butter and syrup in bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
    Take out and stir.
    Put back in microwave for 2 more minutes.
    Take out.
    Add baking soda and stir until it changes color and almost doubles in consistency.
