Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted (use 1/2 in hash brown mixture)
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Mix well and place in a large oblong baking dish.
    Top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes.
    Pour 1/2 stick of the melted oleo over cornflakes.
    (Crushed Ritz crackers may be used instead of cornflakes but omit the 1/2 stick of melted oleo.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
