French Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    2 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    4 carrots, cut into 4-inch strips
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in the boiling water.
    Place beef, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole. Sprinkle with crumbled bread and tapioca.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour bouillon over all.
    Cover tightly with foil.
