Grandma'S Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. popcorn (popped)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn.
    Mix.
    Put mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0 mixing every 15 minutes.
