Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugars and milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Add butter, pecans and vanilla.
    Mix completely and then do not stir anymore.
    Cook until temperature reaches 238\u00b0 (soft-ball stage).
    Cool almost 3 minutes.
    Beat until thickened. Pour out onto a well-greased surface and allow to harden.
