Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 egg whites, beaten stiff (put in last)

Mix ingredients in blender and refrigerate about 1 hour before cooking.
