Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. potato water (add milk if necessary to make 2 c.)
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes until done. Saute the onions and melted butter. Add the salt, flour and pepper. Stir and cook until smooth and bubbly. Add the milk. Stir over medium heat until thick. Combine the potatoes and potato water. Add to sauce. Heat and serve.
