Meat And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. diced celery
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Place layer of meat in casserole, layer of potatoes, onion and celery.
    Season, then add 1/2 can of soup.
    Repeat layers.
    Pour hot water over top and cover casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
