Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. hot water
    4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and salt; blend in water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Boil and stir 2 minutes.
    Add milk; stir and heat to serving temperature.
    Do not boil.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat with rotary beater or wire whisk until foamy.
    Serve hot, topped with whipped cream, if desired.
    Makes about 6 (6 ounce) servings.
