Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded american cheese
    2 tbsp. diced pimento
    5 hard cooked eggs
    scalloped crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.
    Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    Add pimento and eggs.
    Turn into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish and top with scalloped crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 20-25 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings
