Potato Supreme Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. cubed Velveeta
    dash of pepper and salt
    butter
Preparation
    Mix soup and milk. In greased 9 x 13 baking dish, layer alternating potatoes, onions, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over top.
    Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes until browned and potatoes are soft.
