Strawberry Jello Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand strawberry flavor gelatin
    2 c. strawberries
    1 (6 oz.) graham pie crust
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix apple juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook on medium heat 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add gelatin. Stir 2 minutes until dissolved. Place strawberries cut in half in pie crust. Pour gelatin mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cool Whip can be placed on top before serving.
