Chocolate Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
4 large egg yolks
2 c. sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

With mixer, on low, mix cocoa with cream, milk and butter in top of double boiler.
When thick, set aside to cool.
Beat egg yolks and pour slowly into chocolate mixture.
Add the sugar-flour mixture and blend well.
Return to heat and cook until quite thick, 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Pour into pre-baked pie shell and cool.
