Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
Combine the two just until they are mixed well. Turn into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan, well-greased.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
