Rhubarb Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut small
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat first six ingredients.
    Sift together flour and soda. Add to first mixture.
    At the same time, add the nuts and rhubarb. Mix, just until moist.
    Put into 12 muffin tins.
