Caramel Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. milk
2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Mix and add oatmeal.
Mix well and drop by teaspoonful on wax paper to cool.
