Zucchini Michel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
1 medium onion, cut into rings
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. red cooking wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. dried basil or 1 sprig fresh, chopped
1 medium zucchini
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

In olive oil, saute lightly parsley and onion.
Add tomato sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper and basil.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Add zucchini, which has been sliced into thin rounds. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
