Picadillo-Cuban Cookery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry wine or vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil or fat
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 garlic bud
    3 Tbsp. cut olives
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1 tsp. capers
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion, green pepper, garlic and tomato sauce in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add ground beef, vinegar, raisins, olives, capers and salt.
    Cook, covered, for about 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Serve with white rice (6 to 8 servings).
