Tamale Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. ground beef
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. corn
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. corn meal
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry onion in shortening until lightly brown.
    Add tomatoes; bring to boil.
    Add corn meal slowly and cook and stir 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
