1 pkg. instant pudding
1 c. cold milk
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine pudding, sugar and milk in a small bowl. Beat with mixer about 5 minutes until blended, then fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake.
