Pumpkin Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter and press into bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Fold in 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream.
    Pour into crumb lined pan.
    Freeze until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Top with whipped cream and pecans if desired.
