Spaghetti And Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. salt pork
several cloves garlic
1 medium sized onion
1 large can tomato juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce
black pepper
red pepper flakes (optional)
pork chops (as many as guests)
Preparation

Saute salt pork, garlic and onion, using a large kettle.
Pour off any excess grease.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer slowly 2 to 3 hours, covered.
Prepare spaghetti; drain.
Give each guest a pork chop atop sauce and spaghetti.
