Whipped Filling Or Frosting(Freezes Well, 3 Cups) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
1/2 c. shortening (solid)
1 tsp. vanilla (any flavoring)
Preparation

Cook flour and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick.
Cool.
Cream sugar, oleo, shortening and vanilla until fluffy.
Add to flour mixture and continue beating until consistency of whipped cream.
Should be smooth with no grainy taste.
Can be colored, if desired.
