Broiled Lamb Chops And Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 loin or rib lamb chops, fat trimmed
    2 cloves garlic, cut in half
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. dried thyme or tarragon, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Heat broiler.
    Rub lamb chops with garlic; brush with olive oil and sprinkle with dried herbs and pepper.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium cooked lamb. Serve with lemon wedges.
    Serves 4.
