Shrimp And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 stale bread slices
    1 1/2 Tbsp. softened butter
    7 oz. frozen shrimp, thawed and deveined
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread bread lightly with butter.
    Remove crusts and cut in cubes.
    Place half in buttered casserole.
    Cut shrimp coarsely and put over bread.
    Add in layers, the olives, cheese and remaining bread cubes.
    Beat remaining ingredients together.
    Pour over bread in casserole.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Let stand 1 hour. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until puffed and brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
