Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. butter, melted
3/4 bottle catsup (add, but never boil)
2 buttons garlic
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (for chicken) or 3 Tbsp. vinegar (for beef)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. white sugar
dash of red pepper
