Strawberry Champagne Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. strawberries
    3/4 c. champagne
Preparation
    In a blender container, combine strawberries with champagne or for food processor, combine half the ingredients at a time.
    Cover and blend or process until smooth.
    Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
    Makes 4 cups.
    Excellent when served over angel food cake or vanilla ice cream.
