Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    flour tortillas
    1 medium onion, copped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cup sour cream
    all purpose flour
    2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (or Pepper Jack)
