Oatmeal Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. old fashioned or quick oatmeal
    3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted (1/2 c.; not spread)
    2 large eggs
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir all filling ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes until top and crust are golden and a pick inserted in center comes out clean, but oily (filling may still be jiggly in the center).
    Cool completely on wire rack.
