Janice'S Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or equivalent, boiled and deboned
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    Tony's seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Make roux with oil and flour.
    Add chopped onion, pepper and celery and saute until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, barbecue sauce, sugar and Tony's.
    Cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    If sauce becomes too thick; add water as needed.
    Add chicken and cook 45 minutes.
    Serve over spaghetti.
