Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 clove garlic
1 thumb size grated ginger root
chicken pieces
1/4 c. sake (sherry)
1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except chicken.
Marinate chicken pieces about 1 hour.
Barbecue or bake at 400\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
Baste while cooking.
