Cranberry Pear Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury quick bread mix
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained and chopped or 1 c. fresh pears, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 4-inch pan.
    Combine all ingredients and mix until just moistened.
    Pour into pan and bake 70 to 80 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove.
    Store in refrigerator.
