Cheese Puff Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets 20 minutes.
    Remove from water and bake until soft.
    Split, scrape out carefully and cream with butter, hot milk, salt and pepper to taste.
    Replace in shells and cover with grated cheese.
    Place in hot oven until cheese melts slightly.
    Serve hot.
