Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Important:
Place apples and sugar in bowl; mix well and let set for 1 hour.
