Baked Stuffed Grouper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large grouper fillets (1 inch thick and 12 inches long)
4 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
lemon and lime wedges
paprika
butter or substitute
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large baking pan, line with aluminum foil (leave foil overlapping to cover fish).
Put stuffing between fillets.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place lemon and lime wedges on top.
Bake approximately 1 hour, checking flakiness.
Roll back foil and garnish with parsley.
Serve directly from pan.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
