Country-Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    4 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. fat
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine meat, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup flour.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut into 4 x 4-inch pieces.
    Cook in hot fat until browned.
    Remove, add remaining flour and brown. Add milk and salt; cook until thick.
