Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together butter and sugar until well blended.
    Add eggs, orange peel, orange extract and milk; beat well.
    In separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder; add to batter and stir until moistened.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Best second day; freezes well.
