Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. 1% milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients except eggs and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake 40 minutes until center is almost set. Cool on rack. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
