Shrimp And Feta Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. vermicelli
1 lb. medium peeled shrimp
pinch of crushed red pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomato wedges (undrained)
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute shrimp and pepper flakes in 2 tablespoons olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes (until slightly pink).
Arrange shrimp in 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish; sprinkle with Feta cheese.
Add remaining oil to skillet; saute garlic over low heat.
Add tomato wedges; cook 1 minute and stir in wine and remaining ingredients.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon over shrimp.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Spoon over cooked pasta.
Serves 3 to 4.
