Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pinch sugar
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add herb stuffing.
    Blend and set aside.
    Steam squash, onion and sugar together for 5 minutes only. Drain.
    Add soup and sour cream.
    Blend together.
    Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with 2/3 of the stuffing mixture.
    Pour squash mixture on top.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/3 of stuffing mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
