1/2 c. sliced celery
2/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. grated onion

1/2 tsp. salt
4 medium pared oranges (bite size pieces)
2 medium nectarines, peeled and sliced
