Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. black walnut flavoring
    1 c. oil
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs well with fork and add sugar, oil and flavoring. Blend well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sift in dry ingredients; blend until creamed.
    Bake in 2 floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (glass pans 325\u00b0).
