Hash Brown Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 hash brown squares
    2 c. cut-up ham or 1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 dozen eggs
    1 medium size can half and half or Carnation
Preparation
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with hash browns.
    Brown the meat, layer the remaining recipe.
    Beat the eggs and half and half or Carnation.
    Pour over.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0 or until done. This can be done the night before and refrigerated, then add your eggs when ready to bake.
