Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs well; add pineapple and carrots.
    Mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Add nuts and vanilla last.
    Beat well.
    Bake in a large pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Check middle with clean knife and continue baking if necessary until knife comes out clean.
